Thursday, September 16, 2021-Homecoming Parade Students may arrive at Aubuchon Hardware on Bridge St. in Lancaster at 3:45pm. Floats and trucks are parked on the side of the building, and that is the side that all students must stay on. Mrs. Glidden will be label the floats with grades. Each float (trailer) will be pulled by a pick up truck. There are some new policies in place this year for ALL parades, so our court will NOT be riding in the back of the trucks this year. They will be riding in a convertible in front of each truck!! As usual, NO ONE rides on the floats. Everyone walks behind their grade level float. Decorating has to be finished by 5:30pm. All students and faculty will meet at the side of the building at 5:45 for an announcement from Mr. Hess and Andrea Glidden. Immediately following this meeting, please go to your float and be ready for departure at 6:00m on the dot. Our Parade will be lead by our Parade Marshall. Of course we also have all of our local fire and rescue for an amazing escort! A reminder to everyone, NOTHING is to be thrown from our parade. The parade will end at the Municipal Parking Lot on Main Street, where all students will load onto busses that will be there waiting. NO STUDENTS OR FACULTY will be walking from the parking lot. EVERYONE must ride a bus back to Aubuchon and help to clean up before being picked up from there.
