On February 20th Sparta welcomed Chris Herren. Students in grades 7-12 had the unique opportunity to attend a deeply impactful and thought-provoking assembly led by former professional basketball player Chris Herren who played for the Denver Nuggets, and Boston Celtics—as he captivated the audience for 90 minutes. Chris's candid account of losing it all to addiction left an indelible mark on students and staff.
