The Week Ahead I A Note From Mr. Cronin
The upcoming week will be busy here at WES. Here are a few reminders for you. The Pre-K through second grade holiday concert will be held on Tuesday the 6th. Our grade three through six and chorus concert will be held on Thursday the 8th. On both evenings, students should be at school between 5:30 and 5:45 pm and meet their teacher on the bleachers. The performance begins at 6:00 pm sharp. The shuttle will be running from the Municipal Lot downtown beginning at 5:30 pm.
On Friday evening, December 8th we will be hosting a viewing of the Polar Express beginning at 5:30 pm in the gym. This will be a fund-raiser for the eighth grade class. Refreshments will be available at all three events. For safety purposes we also remind you that all students must be accompanied and supervised by an adult during evening school events.
We look forward to seeing you next week.
WES Toys for Tots Needs Your Help!
The WES Toys for tots still has a number of families that are in need of being adopted, if you would like to adopt a family, or donate books for this year's program, please reach out to toysfortotswes@sau36.org ! Just a reminder that all donations need to be delivered to the school by December 14th, unwrapped and labeled for the family number you adopted.

Holiday Bulb Fundraiser I Online Orders Due: December 15th
The Whitefield School is raising funds to support our Winter Wednesday Program.
Our Winter Wednesday Activity Program is for
students in K-8. The funds raised through this fundraiser and others will assist in offsetting
transportation costs and enrich supplies and program offerings for the 2022-2023 school year.

Early Release Day Reminder
The WES PTO is excited to bring back our Annual Holiday Concert Sweet Shoppe. We are looking for some help in making the Sweet Shoppe magical for all of the families and students that will be attending our Holiday Concert Series on the evening of Tuesday, December 6th and Thursday, December 8th. We would love to have a special assortment of sweets, treats, hot cocoa, and coffee for your enjoyment as the students of the Whitefield School enchant you with the spirit of the holidays. Please let us know what you will be donating so we can make the proper arrangements.

Toys for Tots Update
For those that have reached out to adopt families please make sure that all items are dropped off on or before December 14th. When dropping off please make sure that all items are unwrapped and marked for the family number that you have adopted.
If you have any questions regarding this process, or would like to adopt a family please email toysfortotswes@sau36.org .
For families who are receiving Toys for Tots this year, pick up will take place December 16th from 4:30pm-6:30pm. Please plan accordingly.
