Kim Ingerson has worked in SAU 36 in various capacities for approximately thirty years.  She has been a substitute teacher, classroom para,and special education para in Preschool thru 12th grade as well as a classroom teacher in Preschool thru 6th grade.  Ms. Kim has worked in all the schools in the district including the Dalton School.  She is certified in Elementary Education, General Special Education, and Reading Specialist .Ms. Kim attended School for Lifelong Learning, Norwich University and Plymouth State. She earned an Associate’s Degree with a major in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree as a Reading/Writing Specialist. She is also certified in General Special Education. In her current position as preschool educator at the Lancaster School she utilizes  her passions including early childhood education, general special education and introducing reading and writing to her young students.. She is married to her first high school beau, has three grown children and five grandchildren.  Ms. Kim decided she wanted to be a teacher when she was a Kindergarten student.  For her the saying, Choose a profession you love and it will never be work, is so very true.

Caitlyn Bacon is on her 3rd year of being with SAU 36, however she has been around the school for many years. Her mother, Mrs. Michele Ladd, was a teacher at Lancaster for 10+ years! She is now following in her mother's footsteps in joining Lancaster Elementary. Ms. Caitlyn has been an Early Childhood teacher in private childcare centers for 10 years and has worked with ages ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years. She has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from NHTI - Concord and her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Lyndon State College. She is married and is now expecting her first child! 
Ms. Caitlyn believes that love and acceptance is the gateway to a positive learning experience.
