Kelly Renaud

Kelly Renaud enters  her 17th year in the White Mountains Regional School district in 2018.  She began  as a special education teacher at the high school in 2002, moving to the district-wide Student Assistance Program Counselor position in 2008.  In 2017, she returned to her special education role at Lancaster Elementary School, case managing middle and elementary school students.  Prior to her career as an educator,  Kelly worked as a home visitor with families involved in the family/juvenile justice court system.  Kelly is a passionate believer that emotional support in school has equal value to academic rigor!  She received her  B.S. in Child and Family Services from the University of NH and her special education certification from Granite State College. Kelly loves winter weather - and is a coach for the WMRHS / MS Nordic ski teams.  Kelly  lives with her husband in Lancaster.  Their grown children, past Lancers and Spartans,  are successful graduates of the SAU 36!
