Cate DiBlasi

Catherine (Cate) DiBlasi spent her first twenty six years of teaching at The Whitefield School as a special education teacher.  Five years ago, she made the change to Lancaster Elementary School as the life skills teacher as well as working with children on the Autism Spectrum.  Cate received her Bachelors of Human Services from Granite State in 1997, Speech and Language Assistant Certification in 1999, Certification in Special Education through Granite State in 2001 and a Masters in Education in 2004 through Plymouth State.  She received an endorsement in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, including Autism through Granite State in 2014. Cate was awarded the Whitefield School Teacher of the Year in 2012 as well as the Tillotson Teacher of the Year in 2013.  She has been a coach for the White Mountain Special Olympic team since 1993 and has been a Justice of the Peace for the state of New Hampshire since 2001.  Cate lives with her husband of forty-one years in Whitefield and they enjoy traveling the United States to visit their three children.
